ERTP Hibon is pleased to introduce its new autonomous and connected vacuum package
AUTONOMOUS
With this new product, ERTP Liquid ring pumps has insisted on the autonomy and connectivity of the vacuum package.
This autonomy is possible thanks to the presence of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which regulates the rotation speed of the pump and collects the information sent by several sensors.
The embedded intelligence allows the package to monitor itself, and to adapt its running characteristics according to the measured information or the programmed conditions.
REAL TIME MONITORING
The new ERTP HIBOX package is also equipped with many technical innovations, such as an automatic belt tensioning option, a new separator efficient on the whole operating range of the pump, or an adaptable manifold which permits a serial connection of different ERTP HIBON packages, as well as an easier connection to the company vacuum network.
CONNECTED
The connectivity of this package is ensured by the PLC, controlled by its touch pad, or from a computer or a smartphone connected on the company internal network.
The user can then accede to many information as the last records or alarm signals, and he also can decide to modify the operating point or the alarm levels.
EVOLUTIVITY
This new innovative product is adaptive thanks to its different independent options that could be acquired progressively according to your needs.
The ERTP HIBOX package is already available to commercialization for your different vacuum applications.
